Delete your account in the app

Open KamraiD and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm with your password, or sign in with Google or Apple again, then confirm.

Shop members

Your account and personal details (name, email, and Google or Apple sign-in) are deleted right away. Expenses, sales, and receipts you recorded belong to the shop and stay with it.

Shop owners

Deleting the owner account closes the shop. Every member loses access immediately, and the shop with all member accounts and data, including receipt files, is permanently deleted after 30 days.

During those 30 days you can still sign in to download your shop data, or tap "Keep my shop" to cancel.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, turn off renewal in the store first; we cannot cancel it for you. Card billing through our website stops automatically.
